Emma Horley

Hi, I’m Emma. I have worked in Early Childhood for the past 27 years. I have completed an Associate Diploma in Child Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching (birth to 5 years). I have two adult children and have been a sole parent since they were little. I grew up in Nimbin and my love is for the forest, puppet making, horse riding, the native American flute, art and dance. When I nurture and love your children, I am very passionate about fostering their self-confidence and self-esteem. I believe that with a strong sense of confidence children can aspire and succeed at anything they do. I am very passionate about teaching safety and empowering the children so they can learn to protect themselves when faced with social challenges or more serious situations. I really endeavour to encourage kindness, compassion, and empathy among the group.
