Educator

I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and am currently working toward my Diploma. I have a deep passion for Steiner education, along with great patience and dedication to nurturing children’s development. I would be excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your team.

I’m a proud mum of two who both attend Shearwater Steiner School. Our family is deeply connected to the local community, and it brings me great joy to be part of the educational journey at this special school. We share a love of music and the outdoors, values I carry into my work with children.

Professionally, I bring over a decade of experience in early childhood and primary education. I’ve worked for three years at a local childcare centre (ages 0–5), one year at Montessori East in Sydney, and seven years at Bondi Beach Public School and as the nominated supervisor at The Hive afterschool care centre. 

Lenka provides a calm nurturing environment in both the Kookaburra and Koala rooms.
