As an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader, my practice is grounded in child agency, meaningful relationships, inquiry and a deep connection to place. I believe children are capable, curious learners whose voices, ideas and theories should shape curriculum and guide learning experiences. I am passionate about creating environments where children and educators learn alongside one another, fostering a sense of belonging, wellbeing and respect for the natural world. Place-based pedagogy is central to my approach, and I value opportunities for children to build authentic connections with community, nature and Country.
